Moonlight and free annual checkup

Greetings from Taoist Light Wellness! I hope this email finds you well. The moonlight becomes very bright this week because of the full moon festival in mid-autumn. Moon-Yin energy will be at its peak this weekend on Sept. 10 & 11, so it is time to collect the Moonlight Qi for purification, inner - tranquility, and self - nurturing.
On Dec. 3, Saturday 2:00 - 4:00 PM, we will hold a free annual checkup session for Taoist Light Qigong students who have taken Taoist Light Qigong training. I hope to help cultivators who may have drifted away from TL qigong to come back to this practice, and help old students to look through postures and pronunciations and answer any questions for Taoist Light Qigong practice to support your practice on the right track. This will be held in person and it is free of charge. Please mark your calendar and rsvp.

Cultivate your Healing Light consistently

Since the beginning of 2022, Taoist Light Wellness has made some changes to the level I Taoist Light Qigong training:

Our training now takes 30 hours to complete, and we are no longer offer 6 hour training which was only to get trainees started but it was challenging for most trainees to stay on the practice without support and guidance. So now we offer a 4–8 month training program that includes three 2 hour training sessions on level I Taoist Light Qigong, and one 2 hour training session on Taoist Light Medical Qigong since most trainees are dealing with health issues. Afterwards, trainees will participate in both/either a weekly Thursday or biweekly Sunday guided group practice and Taoist Light Group healing circle—to keep everyone on the right track.

One year has passed since we made this change and we definitely see that people are more consistent and diligent with their practice and make greater progress.

If one keeps practicing, the results will come.

Here are examples:

A female client reversed her post-Covid fatigue, coughs and other long-term symptoms within days of practice, as well as a cancerous spot without surgery or radiation/chemo after months of practice.

A male client has obtained all perfect blood test results after one year following guided group practice on Thursdays, and his vertigo which bothered him for many years is completely gone.

Taoist Light Wellness actually often receives referrals from doctors because their patients have healed themselves for some health conditions which are usually difficult to go away on their own.

People who practice Taoist Light Qigong are called Taoist Light cultivators. If you cultivate your healing light energy consistently and persistently with proper guidance, you will surely achieve life-changing results

When the government is lenient,

People are honest.

When the government is harsh,

People are deceitful.

Misery is what happiness rests upon.

Happiness is what misery lurks beneath.

Who knows where it goes?

There is no standard,

Right can become wrong,

Good can become evil,

People's delusions last long.

Therefore the master is upright but not stiff,

Sharp but does not pierce,

Forthright but does not offend,

Radiant but does not dazzle.

Private Healing work with Chiyan Wang, a life-time healer from family tradition

Qi (life-energy) Treatment is a powerful form of energetic healing from China in which the patient’s life-energy is brought into balance without any direct contact with the body. The Qi flows through the body via a network of energy channels. When the flow is blocked, congestion and depletion will occur and the Qi will be unable to travel to the places in the body where it is needed. These conditions create disease. The Qi healer awakes the patient’s own energy potential and makes the Qi flow with maximum fluidity, so that harmony and balance can be restored.

Qi treatment is a very common therapy in China, and both of Chiyan’s parents were Qi healers who practiced at a Qigong hospital in Xi’an, China. They have contributed to research projects conducted by several medical universities and institutes of medical science. The extensive experimental evidence demonstrates that Qi treatment is very effective and successful.

Just sit down quietly and with Chiyan’s assistance, you will enter a peaceful and unique state. Most people experience feelings of warmth, or tingling, and some may move involuntarily, while others just enter a trance while remaining alert. The overwhelming positive response from her many patients testifies to the success, the value; and the effectiveness of her treatments.

Session Scheduling for your Qi treatment is very important. The dates set for your visits are made for specific reasons, so make sure to be on time, and please take regular treatments for best results. Otherwise your treatment will take longer and require more sessions. Similarly, please complete the whole course of Qi treatment. Even if one feels much better with little or no pain, several sessions are still needed to maintain a stable state. Failure to follow up will adversely affect the results already gained.

Basically, the more frequent the treatments, the better the results; so how many sessions does a patient need? This depends on the specific nature of the patient’s conditions. Usually, short-term (temporary) problems are quicker and easier than chronic issues. A sprained ankle or sore back only requires two or three visits. Chronic problems may require five to seven sessions for the first course of treatment. Some people (those who are more sensitive) will recover, while others will need a second course of treatment or more. Healthy individuals may choose to maintain a one treatment/week program for energizing and circulation.

Practice the Qigong Exercises on your own for self-healing and maintenance. By combining external Qi healing through Chiyan with internal Qi healing on your own, you can multiply the benefits they receive.

Try the most natural, effective, and profound medicine that is located within your own body and you will discover a fantastic gift for healing yourself!

*Private sessions are reserved for cultivators who are willing to practice Taoist Light Qigong on themselves.

37 - Tao Te Ching

The Tao always accomplishes everything effortlessly.

If a cultivator can uphold the Tao,

Everything will thrive on its own.

But when desire grows,

Use honesty and simplicity to overcome it.

Without desire there will be tranquility,

The world then becomes naturally peaceful.

49 – Tao Te Ching

The master is not fixed in his mind,
He is open to others' minds:

He treats the kind with kindness,
He treats the unkind with kindness;
Thus kindness is attained.

He trusts the trustworthy,
He trusts the untrustworthy;

Thus trustworthiness is attained.

The world is complex,

He keeps his mind simple.

The people are absorbed in what they hear and see,

The master keeps his mind pure.

Best wishes on Chinese New Year!

Dear Taoist Light Cultivators, Clients, and Friend Circle,

Today is the Lunar or Chinese New Year of the powerful tiger. I wish you as much courage and strength as the tiger so as to let go of the past and move forward into a fantastic new year!

In the long journey of life, we meet many people who come into our lives either to offer help and support with positive experiences or to give us hard lessons with negative experiences. You are the ones I call positive affinities, so I would like to thank you for your support in the past year to Taoist Light Wellness and for your diligent practice and trust in the Tao—the source of immeasurable light and unceasing life force. These positive affinities are indeed precious and I regard this as the true abundance in life.

It has been a very turbulent and unprecedented period of time for the earth, and as conscious travelers, we can use any scenario as practice for inner wisdom and spiritual resilience, so even in the midst of adverse conditions as well as global problems, we do what we can to help and heal. People often ask if this coming year will be a good year or a bad year, but for a Taoist cultivator, every year is a good year, and every day is a good day; Spring is always coming after the coldest winter, and if there is Sunshine, there are always flowers blooming in the heart during the four seasons.

Through the consistent practice, I hope you will find yourself becoming healthier, more compassionate and peaceful every year.

The Lunar New Year usually lasts 15 days, which will be from Feb. 1st to the 15th this year. Besides the regular daily Taoist Light Qigong practice, you may calm the mind down by visualizing light all around you before going to sleep. This light will symbolically shine upon you all year long for clearing out the darkness and bringing higher vibration.

I wish you a year of good health, peace, and abundance; and may you collect a large basket of fruit from your cultivation.

Sending you much blessings and healing light,

Chiyan@TaoistLightWellness
