The consistent practice

We often say that persistently practicing Qigong through correct guidance for 100 days will open up the micro- cosmic orbit. However, the 100 days is not the endpoint. It is a point where we re-adjust the focus of our lives, making the health of the body, clarity of the mind, and tranquility of the soul an integral part. Therefore, the 100 days mark the beginning of a life where we let our hearts guide us, redirecting our pursuits inward instead of seeking outside ourselves which usually only make circles and can not moving forward.

In any practice, be it 长功 progress in the discipline, 积功building up capabilities, or 出功 reaching achievements, it requires consistent efforts over time. Just like in any field, such as painting, learning a musical instrument, or progressing from elementary school to university, diligent and earnest study and practice is necessary to become a master in that field.

Hard work never fail those with a determined heart.
